Scanlans on the move in Leeds to accommodate growth plans

Property management and surveying firm Scanlans has moved its Leeds office to accommodate its growth plans.

Scanlans has relocated from Station Road, Horsforth, to a new base in Century House on the Thorpe Park business and retail park.

Its Leeds office, headed by David West, currently offers commercial and residential property valuations and surveys and LPA Receivership services.

Scanlans chairman Ian Stanistreet, pictured, said the firm is looking to add property management and building surveying operations as well as expanding its existing range of services.

“We’ve been involved with the Yorkshire market for many years and have had an office in Leeds since 2002,” he said.

“The move to Thorpe Park provides us with the ideal base from which to achieve our expansion plans as part of our overall growth strategy for Scanlans over the next five years.

“It’s a thriving business park which is very accessible for the motorway network and Leeds city centre. Following the move, David and his team are looking forward to developing our business and our client base in the Yorkshire region.”

Scanlans has eight partners and 70 staff across offices in Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, London and Cardiff.
