Search appoints Konductor to deliver content and news brief

Manchester business communications specialist agency Konductor has been appointed as the retained PR and content agency to national recruitment consultancy Search

Konductor’s appointment follows a major period of growth for Search, which saw the nationwide firm grow its client base to over 3,300 and staff numbers to over 650 at its 15 offices around the UK. Established in 1987, Search provides specialist recruitment services across a diverse range of sectors including professional services, healthcare, IT, technical and engineering, construction and commercial staffing.

Konductor’s brief includes the delivery of a programme of sector driven and targeted content and news to support Search’s ambitious growth plans for 2018.

Search Marketing Director Janine Owen said: “2017 saw one of our strongest growth years to date across many sectors and regions so it’s vital for us to ensure that our communication channels are reaching the right clients and candidates. What Konductor offered us was a comprehensive and intelligent approach to delivering content and brand support that will really underpin and support our business goals.”

Director Kate O’Brien said: “In the past 30 years Search has grown to become a real recruitment powerhouse and one of the country’s most innovative consultancies. Most of their recruiters have worked themselves in the sectors they’re now placing candidates in so being able to drill down into their expertise and insight is a real gift for creating relevant and engaging content that makes a difference to their business.”

The Konductor team, with its enhanced associate base, delivers a range of measurable business support services spanning strategy, planning, marketing, content and PR, brand building, as well as digital and creative services.
