Sheffield-based legal firm PM Property Lawyers has joined the top UK conveyancing firms as a member of The Conveyancing Association.
Members of the Association collectively handle 20% of residential property transactions in England and Wales and 70% of re-mortgage transactions. They work together to improve the conveyancing process for clients, formulating and implementing best practice.
PM Property Lawyers, the specialist conveyancing arm of PM Law, will be fully involved in the Association and is a strong supporter of the Association campaign to modernise the conveyancing process.

The firm has instigated a training programme to continually increase skill levels and improve customer service (the ‘PM Passport’).
