Six & Flow expands senior management team with head of paid media appointment

Manchester marketing agency Six & Flow continues to expand its senior management team, with the appointment of Daryl Burrows as Head of Paid Media.

Having previously worked at Mediacom, Push Doctor and Push On, Daryl brings with him a wealth of agency and in-house experience.

He has extensive knowledge in all aspects of the paid media mix, having first started working within PPC specifically. Daryl loves to innovate and strives to create a peer renowned paid media product – which will help to further develop Six & Flow’s digital offering.

This follows the recent promotion of Adam Aigbokhae as Head of Inbound Marketing, and the appointment of Inbound Strategist Paul Henry, formerly Head of Growth at Luminate Digital.

The platinum HubSpot partner agency now has a team of a dozen marketing professionals with a wide set of digital skills. The expanding senior management team will help the agency to scale its client base and expand its current offering.

Six & Flow MD Rich Wood comments: “Over the next four years, our growth plans see our team grow in fairly rapid succession. Having the right leaders across the team that fit culturally, have an obvious talent in what they deliver and believe in what we’re trying to achieve will be core to our business model.

Adam joined us when the agency was still very much in an embryonic state. It’s great to have seen him grow into leading the inbound team, which is consistently delivering client results and putting us at the forefront of the inbound marketing community both in the UK and further afield.

We’re also excited to be welcoming Daryl to the team. With his passion for innovating and his wealth of expertise across paid media, he’ll be helping to develop our biddable media offering. He’s someone we’ve wanted on our team for a long time.”

On joining, Daryl says: “I’ve known Rich for a number of years, and I couldn’t turn down the opportunity to join him and his team at Six & Flow, given their stature within the inbound community and their fresh approach to digital marketing.”

Speaking to him confirmed a mutual passion for digital, innovation and developing a product we’re proud of. I’m very excited to start defining and growing the paid media offering, investigating how this dovetails with our inbound blueprint, and most importantly pushing the boundaries of growth for the business and our clients.”
