Student Roost adds new student accommodation in Aberdeen to Wakefield’s B38 Group facilities management contract

B38 Group will be undertaking facilities management services at a new student accommodation property, close to the University of Aberdeen and Robert Gordon University, which is the latest Scottish property to join Student Roost’s portfolio of 49 properties across the UK.

Student Roost appointed B38 Group last summer to provide a range of planned and reactive maintenance services covering mechanical and engineering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, for the next three years. One of the UK’s leading providers of purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), the company now offers student homes in 19 towns and cities with the latest phase of its Pittodrie Street property in Aberdeen mobilising in May 2019.
