Homebuilder Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire has announced a Business Club partnership with Middlesbrough Football Club, as the company embarks on a new project which will see almost 1,000 new homes built in Stockton.

The partnership, which will run until the end of 2022, will help the property developer reach out to homeowners and first-time buyers who are looking for a chain-free, high quality new home.

The Business Club partnership, which is managed for Boro by Eleven Sports Media, will enable Taylor Wimpey to promote its developments, including the 966-home project in Stockton which has just been recommended for approval, using the club’s dynamic digital platforms both in the stadium and beyond.

Taylor Wimpey say the partnership will give them the platform to reach out to Boro’s wide-ranging fanbase to help couples, families, first time buyers, and downsizers to secure their dream home.

Steven Ball, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey North Yorkshire, explains “The partnership with Boro and Eleven Sports Media is really exciting for us as the club has such a strong and diverse fanbase. Whether fans are just getting on the property ladder, or looking for the next step, we have homes to suit every budget. By partnering with the club, we hope to be able to use those incredibly powerful digital platforms to share homeowning opportunities with fans.”

Steven continues “More than ever, we’ve all come to value the importance of a comfortable home, particularly over the past 12 months and, by building high quality, sustainable communities, we want to help more people secure their ideal home. We’re excited about the new development in Stockton, however, we have developments across the region which all offer the incredible new-build quality for which Taylor Wimpey is renowned. Other nearby developments are located in Stokesley, Harrogate, Boroughbridge, Knaresborough, Selby, Thirsk and Northallerton and fans can be assured that every new home we build has a 10-year guarantee, which gives buyers complete peace of mind.”

Speaking of the partnership, Eleven Sports Media’s Jordan Wilson, commented, “It is fantastic to have Taylor Wimpey as a Boro Business Club partner. The fact they have such a broad range of quality homes to offer, means they have a really valuable message for the entire Boro fanbase. We’re excited about helping Taylor Wimpey to deliver that message using a host of digital platforms in the stadium and beyond, including the hugely powerful pitchside LED perimeter display, digital screens throughout the Riverside, and via far-reaching social media channels.”
