Sheffield’s Taylor&Emmet LLP is introducing Dronfield residents to the first family law specialist to be based permanently in the North East Derbyshire town.
New recruit, Rachel Barlow, is joining the solicitors’ Dronfield office, to offer expert advice to local people on a wide range of issues relating to divorce and separation.
For the past eight years, Rachel has worked in a similar role at Banner Jones in Chesterfield, handling all types of family law matters, from domestic abuse to financial agreements. She said: “It is hugely exciting to become Dronfield’s first – and only – divorce specialist. I am very grateful to Taylor&Emmet for putting such faith in me and I am relishing the opportunity to use my expertise to expand our reputation in the area.”
After 10 years in the town, the firm is relocating to larger premises to meet growing interest in its personal legal services. Rachel is one of a number of recent appointments at the office that will also enhance its conveyancing and probate departments.
