Tech Leaders Brough Together to THINK in Leeds

As the THINK Summits programme continues to build momentum, the next event in the series will take place on Tuesday 25 June from 3.30pm onwards at Aspire in Leeds.

Bringing together thought leaders from the IT and tech community across the North to ignite conversation, spark creativity and inspire change, the event is set to attract more than 200 hand-selected guests.

With a focus on digital transformation, headline speaker Dr. Alan James, Partner at Expert Alliance and Former VP at Virgin Hyperloop One, will take to the stage to share his knowledge of transport and the increasing digitalisation of the industry.

Meanwhile, providing best in class consultancy and delivery of strategic and transformational cloud products and services, cloud solutions consultancy, CloudOps Limited will join forces with Accedian as sponsors of the ‘Cloud’ table.

Founder of THINK Summits, Geoff Shepherd, comments: “The first two THINK Summit events have been a huge success. Not only have they really drawn the crowds, but it has encouraged meaningful conversation which is one of our main objectives.

“Long gone are the days that people wanted to come together to swap business cards, times have moved on. Meeting with specialists and experts that have shared interests takes the discussion to a whole new level from the very outset and that is why having specific tables works so well.”

Headline speaker, Dr. Alan James, comments: “I was really pleased to be asked to take to the stage at THINK Summits. Not only do I admire what the organisers are hoping to achieve but I think it makes perfect sense. Having informed, intelligent and interesting conversations gives people the chance to push boundaries and to think more creatively.

“I am looking forward to sharing my thoughts on how digitalisation continues to impact upon the future of the transport industry.”

THINK Summits Leeds follows THINK Manchester which took place at Manchester Hall in February and THINK Data, which took place at Aspire in June. Details of the full programme, which includes planned events in Midlands, North East and South can be found on the THINK Summits website.
