The ONTO Group, a tailored data management services provider to the education sector, has announced a record 2022 to date, successfully onboarding eighteen new schools nationally, celebrating a number of current client contract extensions and announcing a host of new roles.

With a strong roster of 50+ schools, The ONTO Group provides innovative business solutions to educational institutions across the UK and internationally, including the UAE, Malawi and Egypt. Offering a variety of IT-based services to its school clients, the ONTO team assists with specialist advice, reassurance and hands-on operational support including onsite consultancy and training, timetable management, pupil analysis, exam arrangements, Power Bi and other data services.

Following its recent rapid surge in demand for its services, The ONTO Group is now bolstering its highly-dedicated and experienced team with four new roles to join the existing headcount of twenty. The firm is currently recruiting for two Data Managers, one Exams Consultant and one Junior Exams Consultant.

James Treacy, Managing Director and Co-Founder of The ONTO Group commented, “2022 has been a hugely successful year so far and we are proud to announce a significant number of new client contracts, enabling us to offer tailored support to more schools across the world. As we continue to grow, we will focus on strengthening our team and expanding our unrivalled data and exams management service, while developing existing school relationships and fostering new ones.”

The ONTO Group’s Customer Success Director and Co-Founder Neil Gregory added, “Our success as a business reflects the heightened awareness post-pandemic of the many advantages and efficiencies of remote working; pre-pandemic we found that many schools had hesitations, largely due to GDPR reasons. With the challenges over the past two years, many educational facilities had little choice other than to consider using an outside resource to support their in-house services. This enabled many of our clients to trial our suite of services and we have received overwhelmingly positive feedback from the schools that we supported to date.

“We are delighted that more and more schools and colleges are now reaping the benefits of outsourcing their data management services and the significant cost saving that this can achieve.”

In founding the group in 2019, James Treacy, with a strong track record in trading highly-successful businesses joined forces with Neil Gregory who has extensive expertise in providing IT consultancy support for educational establishments.

The ONTO family work as a collective team to offer schools a personalised experience, by tailoring services to the needs of their education customers. ONTO understand how demanding the education environment can be, and so work closely with schools to provide a supportive, effective relationship.
