Think Design announces key appointment to support business growth

Leading creative agency Think Design is rounding off an exciting year with the appointment of a Business Development Manager, as the company continues to grow and evolve.

Kristina Dooley joins the agency in the newly created role, with over 13 year’s experience in the creative industry. She has wealth of expertise gained across several leading agencies, initially beginning her career at McCann Manchester before going on to several boutique London digital and branding agencies in the role of Business Development Director.

She specialises in strategy and has won several awards for her work on the digital transformation of Great Western Railway and is a firm believer in the importance of the designer-client relationship.

In her new role at Think Design, Kristina will work to raise the profile of the agency through making new connections and developing existing relationships, leaving the creative team free to focus on client work.
