Warrington couple shine with diamond customer service award

Paul and Andrea Clark

Oven valeting firm, Ovenu Warrington, has received a prestigious diamond award in recognition of its outstanding customer service.

Husband-and-wife team Paul and Andrea Clark, who run the business, were rewarded for their dedication during the inaugural awards presented by online reviews platform Trustist.

For the couple, from Penketh, the accolade reflects their own high standards and attention to detail.

Ovenu Warrington has attracted more than 3,500 reviews of which overwhelming majority are maximum five-star ratings.

Paul said: “The business is founded on delivering great service and there is no higher praise than glowing testimonials from those who matter most, our clients.

“It’s an honour that this has been recognised by Trustist in its Top Performing Franchisee category, and we’re proud to receive a diamond rating.”

Before launching the business, Paul was a former nurse and social worker, while Andrea was a learning manager at a primary school.

Andrea added: “I’d really like to say a big thank you to our clients because without their positive feedback, we wouldn’t have won this award.”

Nigel Apperley, chief executive of Trustist, said: “It is important to recognise that individual franchisees like Paul and Andrea play a huge part in building a good reputation for an overall brand.”

Rik Hellewell, the founder and managing director of Ovenu, added: “Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance.

“These awards are testament to the fact that Paul and Andrea provide a quality service that people trust, and I’m proud of the top-class work and excellent customer service they deliver on a daily basis. These awards are confirmation of that.”

Ovenu Warrington continues to accept bookings at its discretion, with the strict stipulation that both parties observe the two-metre social distancing rule, along with guidelines on hygiene and cleanliness.

The business covers most areas of Warrington, including Great Sankey, Culcheth, Burtonwood, Lymm, Stretton, Glazebury, Newton-le-Willows, Winwick, Birchwood, Croft, Chapelford Village, Woolston, Appleton, Grappenhall, Thelwall, Daresbury and surrounding areas.

The Ovenu valeting process involves dismantling key components of an oven such as the door, interior panels, fan, and shelves and placing them into design-registered tank equipment, which uses safe, non-caustic products, leaving the oven in near showroom condition.
