Fast growing Warrington firm Advantage Home Construction Insurance (AHCI) has launched a new regional office in Horsham following a period of rapid growth.
The office will be headed up by Michele Mauchel, who is the regional sales manager with 30 years’ experience in the insurance and structural defects sector. She has been joined by an experienced team to service its existing and potential client base in the residential property sector in London and the South of England.
Headquartered in Warrington and with offices in London and Birmingham, Advantage works with self-builders, developers, contractors and housing associations as well as property sector intermediaries, including local authorities, solicitors, property advisors, architects, financial advisors, banks and administrators.
The firm offers bespoke home warranty solutions, the insurance new homes require to protect against structural defects, for all residential, commercial and mixed-use properties.
Michele Mauchel commented on the new office launch, she said: “We already have a strong client base in the region which is rapidly growing and an important part of Advantage’s growth strategy. The time seemed right to open a new office in the region to support this expansion of the business.”
Advantage, whilst only four years old, is rapidly becoming a leader in its field and is already opening doors to new markets, offering warranties on developments with a value of up to £100 million.
Michele added: “Advantage is undoubtedly making real waves in our sector and is steaming ahead with its growth plans. For me personally, this is an incredibly exciting move as the firm has its eye on all markets from the small developer to large scale development schemes, which we see a lot of in the South East.
“Where other firms operating in this sector are limited to smaller amounts of cover, Advantage’s status means that we can work with almost any developer, builder or housing association in terms of monetary value.”
The company were also recently awarded level 2 Trading Standards accreditation, offering customers an extra level of reassurance that they are receiving the highest level of customer care and protection.
