Y Pellets has been named New Business of the Year 2018 at the Goole & Howdenshire Business Excellence Awards.
Organised by Hull & Humber Chamber of Commerce, the annual awards ceremony recognises and celebrates business excellence in the East Yorkshire and Humberside regions. This year’s winners were announced at an official ceremony held on Friday 16th February.
The company, which supplies premium quality, sustainable wood pellets to homes and business customers from its 5,000 tonne storage facility in Goole, is currently rolling out an ambitious commercial growth strategy throughout the country that will further establish Y Pellets as a key player within the UK’s biomass fuel and energy market.
Managing Director, Neil Holland, commented, “This is a fantastic achievement and we are absolutely delighted to have been named as New Business of the Year.
