Year-End Success for Tech Firm SSG Insight

Yorkshire-based SSG Insight, the international leader in smart workplace management solutions, has reported a record 23 per cent increase in turnover for 2018 following a slew of new customer wins with businesses across the world.

SSG Insight has gone from strength-to-strength and grown in all aspects of its business in the last year. The software firm continues to work with some of the world’s most trusted brands, with over 50 new businesses added to its customer base in 2018. These include UK-based food manufacturer Bakkavor who are expanding into the US and China, Canadian construction and building services company EllisDon and Dutch manufacturer Wavin. SSG Insight’s international presence also extends to new customers in Asia and Africa.

The firm has launched Agility B.I., a disruptive new business intelligence tool capable of translating operational data into clear strategic insight for business decision makers, alongside the release of Agility 9 – the latest evolution of the CMMS/EAM provider’s popular asset management solution. Both products have cemented SSG Insight’s impressive reputation for delivering world-class data analytics, helping companies to drive business performance by effectively managing their assets, people and processes.

With West Yorkshire leading the way with its world-class digital infrastructure, SSG Insight firmly established itself at the heart of the Northern Powerhouse in 2018 by investing in a new global HQ in the centre of Wakefield. The firm also has secondary offices in Australia, Canada and Poland.

Jon Moody, Chief Product Officer, said: “This has been an exceptional year for SSG Insight as we continue to grow and increase our reach across the world. This is testament not only to the strength of our product portfolio but also the outstanding talent within our ever-growing team.”
