Caddick Construction’s North West Division has increased turnover by 40 per cent in less than 12 months after a stellar year, fuelled by new client wins across the region.
Turnover for the Warrington-based office stood at £45m in January 2019 but is expected to exceed £75m in the coming year.
Led by Regional Managing Director Ian Threadgold, the North West team made a number of key staff appointments in the period significantly strengthening the businesses capacity to win and deliver projects in the region.
Caddick originally opened a North West office in 2015 with just two members of staff, moving swiftly into new premises on Trident Business Park to accommodate the growing team in 2018.
The latest growth milestones have been fuelled by a host of new clients coming on board as well as repeated projects from existing clients. Prestigious new names to work with Caddick North West this year include BAE Systems and Chancerygate which accounted for five new projects between them totalling £43m.
Other major projects for the North West team included the £20m Williams Car Dealership with showrooms, workshops, retail centre and access road for BMW, Mini, Land Rover and Jaguar at Trafford City. Whilst at Alderley Park they have secured a second project for Bruntwood for the construction of an £18.5m multi storey car park
Caddick Construction also successfully delivered a £3million project on behalf of St Modwens, for a 50,000 sq ft industrial unit at Stonebridge close to the M57 at Liverpool.
