These terms and conditions set out our agreement between you (you) and Bluehoop Digital in connection using this website and the services provided directly by us or any provider engaged in the administration of the services provided by and associated with this website.

By using our site, you indicate that you accept the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree please don’t use our website or our services.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our website service without notice.

We will not be held liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Fees & Refunds

By using our paid services you undertake to pay the associated fees. In the case of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest from the due date of any invoices until payment is revived in accordance with the current Bank of England base rate.  Where a payment becomes overdue, we are also entitled to pass late payment invoices over to a debt collection agency who will be entitled to charge you for any fees related with debt collection.

Revisions of terms

We may revise these terms of use at any time by amending the online version of this document.  Please check this page when you use our website or services to take notice of any changes we made, as they are binding on you.
