Charnock Bates gear up for large property & land auction to end the year

Charnock Bates Chartered Surveyors and Auctioneers will hold their final property & land auction of 2018 next week.

The final auction of the year will host 14 varied lots, a record number of entries for the firm for 2018. The auction will be held on Tuesday 20th November at The Rock Inn, Holywell Green at 6.30pm.

The lots range from grazing land, individual and unique building plots through to renovation projects and unique properties located across West Yorkshire, predominantly in the Calderdale area.

Many of the lots have received a high amount of interest, includes Lot 13, The Woodlands, located in Luddendenfoot, which has a guide price of £325,000 – £350,000 has the potential to be a superb family home.

Potential bidders who would like to attend the auction will need to pre-register at one of Charnock Bates’s offices in Halifax, Huddersfield or Ripponden. Bidders unable to attend in person can participate by telephone bidding or proxy bidding and will need to contact Charnock Bates directly to arrange.
