Hortor and Mobile Cloud create joint venture to launch specialist automation agency LEVO RPA

Joint CEO of Hortor, Andy Roe.

Hortor, the global strategic resourcing expert headquartered in Leeds, and Mobile Cloud, the leading partner for Blue Prism attended automation solutions based in Hove, have launched a joint venture to provide customers with access to a specialist automation people company, LEVO RPA.

Providing everything from managed services through to staffing options that will set up, operate and deliver automation, LEVO RPA will complement the approaches taken by both businesses and extend the methodologies delivered for clients across three continents.

Using a shared consultative model, LEVO RPA will work in partnership with organisations to provide a focus on automation strategy and project management. Hiring, developing people and deploying employee contract models to deliver against all automation needs will enable the new team to support scale-up businesses working across a range of sectors.

With multi-vendor expert resources across RPA platforms, this joint venture will give companies access to services from one supplier that can support all digital programmes. This will include pre-packaged automations to improve efficiencies for businesses that want to become more agile and competitive.

Joint CEO of Hortor, Andy Roe comments: “Announcing this joint venture with Mobile Cloud is further evidence of our commitment to deliver everything that our clients need from a single supplier.

“We know from experience how working as a specialist consultant can add greatest value for customers and this is complemented by the approach taken by Mobile Cloud. Combining our skills and launching LEVO RPA will give us a further competitive edge in a market that is moving increasingly towards automating business processes.”

Managing Director of Mobile Cloud, Martin Meikle-Small comments: “This is a really exciting collaboration and one that will deliver strong benefits for our growing list of customers. We know that accessing all automation staffing needs from one agency is more convenient and makes more sense for companies that want to become more agile and improve the way that they work.”

“With a full suite of capabilities including knowledge management, workforce management, cloud contact centre platform management, process and journey orchestration and reporting, LEVO RPA will deliver greater efficiencies for all clients.”

Providing bespoke commercial models to suit each customer, while being competitive in terms of cost thanks to near shoring capabilities and skills resources, the joint venture will deliver extensive managed services to add to core automation projects and packages already offered by each business.
