Natasha says:
‘According to the number of hours (and paying clients) that I have coached, I could classify myself as a Master Coach! But I won’t, as having a growth mind-set means that I see the skill of coaching as a mountain with no top – the climb continues with every new client and I truly enjoy the climb. The majority of clients I work with are on a long-term package, but I want to reach out to people who could benefit from my coaching and services at a lower cost and in less time. My role is to enable individuals to find their purpose, draw out their passions and put them to good use enabling them to achieve their aspirations, whether that be professionally or personally.’
Since launching, Natasha has worked with over 60 organisations, helping them to start strong, grow strong and stay strong. She has worked with UPS, Leeds City Council and has coached clients in the USA and Dubai. Natasha herself has managed to reduce her working days down to 3 days a week so that she can support other projects that she is passionate about and enjoy life! As her anniversary falls in the middle of International Coaching Week, she is using this offer to help even more individuals and organisations.
