Increased demand for high-end student accommodation in Leeds has prompted the development of a new online portal for luxury student accommodation provider Iconic Inc.
IconInc commissioned Leeds based digital agency Parallax to provide an online portal to complement their current website focused on gaining more user interaction of the site in line with their ethos to facilitate a like-minded student community of aspirational people.
IconInc offers all-inclusive luxury student accommodation across Leeds and Liverpool to predominately overseas students looking for high-end individuals apartment living which facilities both professional and personal networking. With two locations in Leeds and one in Liverpool IconInc is currently expanding locations across the North to meet the growing demand for luxurious accommodation in the student market, particularly in Leeds.
Alongside community portal Parallax delivered a new booking system, and backend admin system that lets the staff at multiple IconInc locations manage the apartments, see availability and process bookings with plenty of room to expand if additional locations open in the future.

Since launch, the newly enhanced IconInc’s website has seen a 48% increase in traffic to the site as well as improved on-page sessions.
