Newly-established Invalesco Family Law is already making its mark in providing quality legal services to clients across the UK. Born out of a desire to do things a little differently, the firm aims to challenge the one-size-fits-all approach.
With offices in Wetherby and Leeds, Invalesco looks to utilise the 30 plus years’ experience of founding solicitors Emma Davison and Sally Baber, and tackle head-on the all-too-frequently held negative connotations that can surround the legal industry.
Emma Davison, founding solicitor explained: “We wanted to draw on our knowledge and bring the best of our combined experiences in the service we provide to our clients. Whatever their legal issue, the common theme is that people want accessible, clear, and tailored advice that just gets the job done.”
Between them, Emma and Sally bring a wealth of experience having spent their careers working in prominent corporate and niche legal practices. The team at Invalesco often advises high-net-worth clients or those with businesses, property portfolios, pensions or trusts to consider.
Sally Baber, founding solicitor added: “Our clients come from differing backgrounds, ages and often with a range of complex, financial or other problems they need to resolve. We acknowledge that everyone’s circumstances and motivations are different, and wanted to offer a flexible, first-class service that is tailored to the individual.”
Invalesco focuses on relationships. Whether a couple at the outset of their time together seeking advice on their legal rights, or those at the end of a relationship who are facing separation or divorce.
Sally continued: “It is all too easy to underestimate the life-changing impact a separation or divorce can have on a person. Whether it is the loss of a companion, a change in housing, financial security or the arrangements for children, the effects can be far-reaching. In a fast-paced society, where there are increasing demands on a person’s time, Invalesco aims to make the process of separation or divorce that little bit easier.”
Taken from the Latin ‘to gather strength, become stronger’, Invalesco has built its foundations on being able to provide a service, recognising the need for flexibility and accessibility.
