Exploring the building and taking in rooftop views of the glorious Liverpool skyline.

Using virtual reality and tech to bring buildings to life before one brick has even been built, allows potential residents to experience Moda’s state-of-the-art amenities. More than just an apartment – residents also have full use of the building, including rooftop sports pitch, private dining room, shared lounges, BBQ terrace, flexible workspace, 24hour concierge… the list goes on…

Lydia Eustace, Group Marketing Manager at Moda says:

‘‘Our aim is to create the UK’s leading lifestyle experience brand, using photorealistic CGI and VR allows us to give potential residents the opportunity to fully immerse themselves in buildings that haven’t even started coming out of the ground yet. The nomination is testament not only to the CGIs but also to the high quality of architecture and interiors that all contribute to creating the Moda brand.”

Fiona Dollan, 3D Project Director at Intermarketing Agency says:

‘’Working together with Moda to help launch their flagship development has been a brilliant experience since the first day. Our brief was to be bold, dynamic and disruptive by not conforming to the norm. This can be seen in the Angel Gardens CGI walkthrough and we are absolutely thrilled that we’ve been nominated for such a prestigious global award. It’s the ultimate pat on the back for the CGI team! You can talk about being great at what you do but a nomination like this does all the talking for you. We’re excited to attend the ceremony in August.’’
