Leeds based I.T. company celebrate opening of new head office

Representatives from Claritas with Deputy Mayor of Wetherby, Cllr Neil O’Byrne and Leeds City Councillor Norma Harrington

Leeds based I.T. service and support company, Claritas Solutions, officially opened the doors to its brand-new office in Wetherby this week with a celebratory launch party, giving its clients, partners and local businesses exclusive access behind the scenes.

Joining them for the celebrations was the Deputy Mayor of Wetherby, Cllr Neil O’Byrne and Leeds City Councillor Norma Harrington who were treated to a personal tour of the plush new offices which now accommodate over 60 members of staff.

Guests arrived throughout the day and were greeted with a glass of bubbly and personalised beer from local brewery, Wetherby Brew Company.

They were also given a grand tour of the building, which was completely redesigned and refurbished earlier this year and recently shortlisted for the Prolific North Inspired Spaces North 2018 award. The tour included exclusive backstage access to the security and development areas, which are normally off limits.

Claritas partners, cyber security specialists, Check Point and Egress also joined the party to give guests exclusive insight into the latest software developments and data security issues.

Kirsty Sutton, Finance Director at Claritas Solutions said: “We’ve loved being able to show all of our clients, partners and other business in the area what the new Claritas is all about. Because of the industry we’re in, we’re normally unable to give visitors access to the whole office, so being able to open it up for the day was fantastic. Everyone in the business has worked so hard to get it where it is today and having a big office, with more desk space, means we have a more inspiring environment to work in and continue to grow and provide the very best service to our customers.”

Founded in 1997, Claritas’s move to Wetherby comes following a period of extensive growth for the business. The company relocated from Garforth earlier this year and since the start of the year have appointed 12 new member of staff including Director of Digital Services, three Developers, four Technical Consultants, a Business Account Manager and Product Manager.

The company has big plans over the next few years to increase revenue by 50% by 2021.
