Two Leeds-based entrepreneurs have launched a locations agency, which finds residential locations for filming and photography shoots across Yorkshire.

Lifestyle Locations is the brainchild of Louise Bates and Clare Armitage. The pair have already developed an impressive and selective portfolio of stunning locations, which are showcased on their website, from which production managers, photographers and both advertising and media agencies can select their ideal location for a shoot.

Clients can search for properties via the new website for the key features they are looking for to find a perfect fit for their brief. From grand Victorian period properties to homes with modern open-plan interiors, the locations all have one thing in common – style. And if a client wants an allotment, a garden shed, and a rustic kitchen all in one location, the team will work at speed to identify the most suitable properties to match the brief and budget.

Louise has previously worked as a location scout and relationship manager in the industry and combines this with over ten years’ experience in the marketing industry, working both agency and client-side. Clare’s background is in business partnering and human resources management within large blue-chip companies where business strategy, communication and customer focused relationships are paramount.
