Making Their Mark at Scarborough’s Historic Market Hall

If you are missing your retail therapy session at Shop at the SJT, help is at hand! The talented Makers Collective will have a pop up outlet in Scarborough’s Indoor Market Hall from 9am to 4pm on Friday 9th and Saturday 10th February 2018, perfect timing for Valentine’s Day gifts.

Due to the current refurbishment programme at the Stephen Joseph Theatre, Shop at the SJT’s usual location is temporarily closed to the public, with a scheduled re-opening on in mid-March 2018.

However, February’s pop up shop gives shoppers a chance to sample the eclectic range of gifts before Shop at the SJT’s reopening.

Lynne Arnison, chairperson of the collective, said:
“We are delighted to announce that we’ll have a pop up shop on 9th and 10th February in Scarborough’s beautiful Market Hall.

“This is a perfect opportunity to purchase a lovely Valentine’s Day gift or prepare for Mother’s Day.

“All our Makers create unique gifts and keepsakes, and are all based in the local area.
“We look forward to seeing customers next month.”
