Media agency proves fish do need bicycles

Multi award-winning social media marketing agency, Tunafish Media, will be cycling the length of the UK to raise funds for 42nd Street.

The agency has announced plans for the ride to take place between 10th-14th September 2018 to coincide with World Suicide Prevention Day (10th September). The team, alongside a network of clients and contacts, will take turns to cycle the distance is Land’s End to John O Groats.

42nd Street is an innovative mental health charity with 38 years’ experience of providing free and confidential services to young people in Greater Manchester who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Managing director of Tunafish, Sam Jones, commented: “It’s been hugely encouraging to see the conversation around mental health evolve over the past few years; the wellbeing of our team is something that’s always been a priority at Tunafish and it’s positive to see more open discussion on the subject. “

Matthew Cooper, marketing executive at the agency, said: “As a young team, we’ve been touched by the brilliant work of 42nd Street and appreciate that funding can be tough for a small charity. 42nd Street runs through the heart of our city and the work they do is so important, we’re happy to help in any way we can.”

Tunafish Media will also be running a raffle alongside sponsorship of the event. If you’d like to donate, please text TFCC93 followed by how much you’d like to donate to 70070. Alternatively, donations can be made via Just Giving.
