Miller Homes’ commitment to its staff across the Teesside region and nationally, has been recognised by achieving Investors in People’s highest level Platinum accreditation – only 4% of companies in the Construction industry have attained this level of recognition.
Investors in People (IIP) award a leading international accreditation of the same name to companies that demonstrate high performance across a range of employee-focused assessment criteria, including approach to leadership, support and development of staff.
Tania Donnelly, Group HR Director at Miller Homes, said: “Following many years of accreditation with Investors in People, and retaining the Gold-level in 2019, Miller Homes committed to a long-term improvement plan to further enhance our commitment to a supportive working environment where staff can develop and grow.
“Reaching the Platinum standard is a huge recognition of everyone’s efforts, our people-focused approach and also reflects the value we place in providing the right workplace for our teams.”
