Miller Homes Yorkshire has appointed a new regional Head of Operations as its 2023 strategic growth plans get underway.
Justin Tranmere has been promoted from Commercial Director to Operations Director at Miller Homes in Wakefield and will oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the business, its team, and the delivery of its growth plan.
“It’s an exciting time to be at Miller Homes and the Yorkshire region is in a strong position, having contracted on, and purchased, a number of fantastic developments in recent months in some of the best locations in Yorkshire,” said Justin. “Our focus moving forward is to build upon Miller’s reputation and success in Yorkshire, where the team have consistently delivered and created well designed and thriving new communities.
“This is a legacy to be proud of, and as we continue to expand our development portfolio, I am confident that there will be strong demand for our exceptionally designed homes.”
Justin joined the Miller Yorkshire team in 2018 having gained 18 years’ experience with a national housebuilder completing his HNC and HND in Building Studies with the University of Leeds.
Justin concluded; “The housebuilding industry will most probably remain challenging in 2023, however, that said, we have a fantastic and supportive Executive team and a dynamic regional team that I am sure will continue to deliver the quality homes and five star customer service that Miller Homes is renowned for.”
