National recognition for customer relationship team

Zenith has received national recognition for its customer relationship management team in the Fleet News FN50 Customer Service Awards.

The leasing and fleet management provider, headquartered in Leeds, won the Customer Service Team Award and was recognised for its commitment to putting customers at the forefront of the business.

The company achieved industry-leading levels of customer satisfaction despite the challenges of lockdown and remote working. The customer savings across the group in the last year now exceed £12m. It was achieved by offering greater flexibility around lease terms, identifying over 450 policy changes and offering advice on the lowest cost options.

Commenting on the award win, Ian Hughes, CEO car and van division, of Zenith said: “Our customer relationship management team supported customers through the pandemic and always looked to go the extra mile to deliver their specific objectives. Despite the unprecedented challenges, our service remained consistent, and we were able to renew and win new customers. It’s great that their hard work has received this level of recognition.”
