Marketing for the professional services sector, Luminate Digital’s newest additions bring with them a wealth of agency knowledge.
Launched in 2016, Luminate Digital is a digital growth agency and a HubSpot Partner who specialise in inbound marketing and growth-driven website design.
Founder and CEO Lee Lummis said, “In the recruitment process we set out to find the right people to share our vision with. The digital growth agency has continued to bolster their ranks with hires. The first to join, Design Executive, Andrei Alexe, specialises in web design, social media marketing and customer support. Since earning his Bachelor’s Degree in E-Concept Development from Denmark’s Lillebaelt Academy, Alexe worked as a freelance designer before joining Luminate. In support of Luminate’s HubSpot Partner status, he is fully certified in inbound marketing and design.
“When I interviewed for the role, I really got a sense of Luminate’s vision for the future. I was excited, to say the least, and happy to come on board”, says Alexe.
Content and Marketing Executive, Sammy Siddique followed shortly after. With a BA Hons and a Masters in English with Creative Writing from Swansea University, Siddique has a firm grasp of the written word. In addition to co-founding an award-winning blog about student life, has a vast background in marketing, social media and events planning. She has worked in a diverse range of industries, from travel technology and broadcast systems to healthcare and beauty. Siddique also has certifications in both inbound and direct and digital marketing.
“It’s great to be working for such an ambitious agency. When you join a young agency you grow alongside it, so I’m excited to practice my skills and work with such a talented team!” says Siddique.
Joining Luminate from Bolton-based digital marketing agency Bring Digital, Callum Dawson is the latest addition to the Marketing team as another content and marketing executive. Having written content for the likes of Ann Summers, Rahman Ravelli solicitors and Wynsors World of Shoes, Dawson’s experience rounds off the number of high-quality hires for Luminate. Dawson has also interned with NME and has editorial skills to reinforce his content offering.
“Coming from an agency background set me in good stead for coming on board at Luminate. The office is bustling with activity, we have client meetings and pitches going on – I can’t wait to hit the ground running,” says Dawson.
According to Dan Strayer, Digital Marketing Manager at Luminate Digital, the recent hires are an indication of the agency’s purpose and vision for the future.
