Three Sixty has achieved an award from the Best Companies accreditation in its first year of entering. Three Sixty’s accreditation from Best Companies is a significant achievement that shows the organisation is taking workplace engagement seriously. In the announcement which took place on Friday 18th February, Three Sixty was in three lists and positioned in the below:
- 28th in the Best Company to work for in the North West List
- 3rd in the Best Company to work for in Construction List
- 37th in the Best Company to Work for in the Medium Size Company List
The Best Companies to Work For Lists and Best Companies Accreditation are now recognised as the standard in workplace engagement throughout the United Kingdom.
Three Sixty’s sister company Stockport Homes has been named again in the prestigious Best Companies List 2022, as a Three Star organisation. Stockport Homes is celebrating its 14th consecutive year in the prestigious list, and with Three Sixty on the list in its own right, this shows Stockport Homes Group’s commitment to ‘World Class’ colleague engagement. The Group believes that excellent colleague engagement leads to excellent services being delivered to their customers.
The placing and rating in the Best Companies list is determined by an anonymous survey of all staff at participating organisation. It takes into account factors such as effective leadership, social principles, and staff wellbeing. All Three Sixty staff were invited to take part in this survey.
Executive Director of Three Sixty, John Bowker, said, “We’re over the moon to announce that we’ve come 3rd in the Best Companies Construction list. This is a great accolade to join our list of awards and nominations, which prove our dedication to supporting our customers and colleagues.
It’s been a difficult year in the construction and property industry and therefore, to be recognised by Best Companies, makes us extremely proud that despite challenges, our staff feel recognised and happy in their roles.”
