Viva Shortlisted For Four PRCA DARE Awards

Viva is shortlisted for four awards, including Medium Consultancy of the Year and the Public Sector Award, at the upcoming PRCA DARE Awards North West.

The agency’s ‘Walk In My Shoes’ student recruitment campaign for Burnley College University Courses (BCUC) is a finalist for the Integrated Campaign of the Year Award.

Viva’s work with Rossendale Council is shortlisted for the Public Sector Award for a second consecutive year. The council and Viva won the award last year, and it’s hoped the agency’s ‘Check Before You Chuck’ recycling campaign will see the council come out on top again.

Viva is also shortlisted for two agency awards – Medium Consultancy of the Year and Team Culture and Community Award, in recognition of the measures put in place to look after its 14-strong team.

Tony Garner, Viva’s founder and MD, said: “It’s brilliant to be shortlisted multiple times at the PRCA DARE awards and it’s a true indicator that we’re delivering on our promises to our clients.

“Making the Team Culture and Community Award shortlist makes me very proud. We’ve put the focus firmly on our people in recent years because, quite simply, we’re not robots. We’ve introduced a number of initiatives designed to look after everyone in our team, and having this recognised in our industry means a lot.”

The winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 14th June at the Lowry Theatre in Manchester.
