An award-winning Site Manager, at a leading Yorkshire new homes development and regeneration project, has received a renowned industry award for the fourth year in a row!
Michael Ramsbottom, age 32, Project Manager at Miller Homes’ City Fields development on the outskirts of Wakefield, has impressed the judges of the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards once again and has been recognised for the overall quality of the sites that he manages with a quality award.
“I am delighted to receive this accolade once more, and it’s a great representation of the amazing team that we have at our developments, The Lodge and The Gables, at the wider City Fields project,” said Michael. “We all take great pride in the quality of our site, the houses we build and the relationships we forge with our customers. I am incredibly proud of the efforts the team continues to make on a daily basis and they deserve this recognition.”
Michael will now go through to the next stage of the awards, the Seal of Excellence, which are to take place in September at a planned event at the Royal Armouries in Leeds. This is the fourth Pride in the Job Award that Michael has won in addition to two NHBC Seal of Excellence awards.
The NHBC Pride in the Job awards are assessed across over 40 areas of site management, including technical knowledge, quality control and the ability to keep consistency throughout the build process. Therefore, to be recognised as highly successful in every one of these sections is an incredible achievement.
