Yorkshire Housebuilder Maps Out Plans for 2024

Justin Tranmere, Regional Operations Director, Miller Homes Yorkshire

Miller Homes, which currently has ten developments located across the region, has unveiled its strategy for continued growth into 2024 and beyond.

With a relatively new senior leadership team now settled into their roles, a clear vision for the future has been mapped out.

“The housing sector, across the board, has faced some challenges in the last year or so, however, it’s been pleasing to see that our new home sales have held steady as buyers have looked to find offers that support them and reap the energy saving benefits of buying new,” said Justin Tranmere, Regional Operations Director, Miller Homes Yorkshire. “We are now delighted to be entering 2024 with a team that is experienced and capable to deliver our objectives.”

Justin began his own career over 20 years ago and worked at Barratt Homes before joining Miller Homes in 2018 as Commercial Director. He is supported by a senior team of Regional Commercial Director, Martin Purdy; Regional Production Director, Lee Harrison; Regional Sales Director, Debbie Whittingham; Regional Land Director Ian Thomson and Regional Technical Director Andy Naylor.

This will help with the delivery of circa. 500 new homes across the region in 2024, the opening of a further three developments, and four land acquisitions to ensure the region continues its upward trajectory.

“I am very excited to lead the Miller Homes Yorkshire Region,” Justin concluded: “At a time of significant change across the industry, the business is well placed to work with longstanding agents and partners, as well as new strategic partners, to achieve our aims and objectives. We have an extremely experienced and well-respected management team in the Yorkshire Region, with highly talented individuals who continue to bring quality developments to the area.

“I’m looking forward to leading the team throughout 2024 as we continue to implement our growth plans and work towards our regional goals.”

Miller Homes currently has ten developments across the Yorkshire region offering a selection of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom energy efficient homes.
