The UK’s only manufacturer of classic jukeboxes, Sound Leisure, has been shortlisted for a duo of prestigious manufacturing and export awards and is nominated in two categories in another, which will see winners chosen via a public vote.

The 2019 PD Ports Northern Powerhouse Export Awards is run in association with HSBC and the Department for International Trade to recognise export achievements across nine individual categories. Sound Leisure will attend the ceremony held on 7th February 2019 at National Railway Museum, York.

Insider Media’s Made in Yorkshire Awards will crown its regional winners in manufacturing at a ceremony on 7th March, at Leeds’ Hilton Hotel.

Sound Leisure has also been nominated in two categories in the Yorkshire Choice Awards for customer service and independent business. A public vote is open until 1st March for Yorkshire residents to choose their favourite businesses, inspirational and business people. The finalists and winners will be announced at a ceremony at The Centenary Pavilions at Leeds United on 6th April.
