The firm, who are based in Leeds, have developed three bespoke housing frames which look set to offer developers, self-build enthusiasts and home builders a speedy and cost-effective range of new-build options.
With a portfolio spanning residential, leisure and the education sector, Sigmat have grown to become market leaders in the development and manufacture of leading edge LGSF. The team behind the project say that moving into the luxury home market was an ‘obvious next step’.

A Luxury Home In A Fortnight
With speed and sustainability at the forefront of the new offering, the new standard frame types, which offer unmatched quality, can be installed on-site in less than two weeks.
The frames, which have been designed to offer clients high levels of customisation, come in three standard sizes, 350sqm, 455sqm and 660sqm, with a variety of stylised finishes available in Contemporary, Georgian and Hybrid styles. Offering a range of optional extras from cladding, windows and renewable energy, the designs provide the perfect bespoke home to suit clients’ individual tastes.
