Leading North East technical recruitment consultancy firm, Jackson Hogg, is continuing a successful period of growth by appointing a talented graduate to its research department.
Jess Priest, 22, who graduated from Newcastle University’s Accounting and Finance course last summer, applied to Jackson Hogg on the recommendation of a close friend, who also works in recruitment.
Jess said: “After studying Accountancy and Finance, I realised that I wanted to work in a people-focussed business, and my best friend asked if I’d considered recruitment. I chose to apply to Jackson Hogg because it’s known for its fantastic reputation in the industry.”
As a recruitment specialist in the engineering, manufacturing and technology sectors, Jackson Hogg works with many firms in the UK, Europe and the USA to find individuals for high-level roles and senior positions.
In a highly competitive market, there is a need for companies to have a far more targeted approach to finding passive candidates. The research department, in which Jess works, uses highly-developed research and mapping skills to gather intelligence and collate information about the people, organisations and markets in which companies compete for talent.
