Claremont’s Ellie Makes the Shortlist for Young Business Development Professional of the Year

Claremont’s regional relationship manager, Ellie Smith, has been shortlisted for the prestigious North West Business Insider’s Young Business Development Professional of the Year Award, 2024.

The annual North West Young Professionals Awards celebrates young business talent across the region and includes professionals working in roles such as accountancy, marketing, sustainability, law, property, and business development.

The award shortlist recognises Ellie’s exceptional contribution to Claremont and commitment to nurturing strong client relationships and identifying new project opportunities.

Part of the Claremont family since 2019, Ellie is a formidable member of the six-strong business development team. During the first six months of the current financial year, she unearthed an impressive £40m of new business opportunities for Claremont and has been instrumental in its success in the housing association market.

The award is for young professionals under 35 in business development roles in professional services firms and regional businesses across the North West. The winners of the 2024 awards will be announced on Wednesday, 17th April, at The Midland Hotel in Manchester.
