Housebuilder Bellway has confirmed that remediation works at its latest residential development in Wrexham will commence in Spring.
Located on Gatewen Road in New Broughton, the 4.82 hectare site, which was formerly agricultural land, will provide 112 new build homes.
Bellway will deliver a range of three, four and five bedroom properties, incorporating a mix of semi-detached and detached houses, with each property benefiting from a private rear garden as well as off road parking, whilst some will also have a garage.
Part of Bellway’s Artisan Collection, the properties are individually designed with a superb internal and external specification including many luxurious features to ensure a flexible and modern living space for discerning purchasers.
The new development will be known as Mountain View, due to the fine views of the mountains above Wrexham which can be seen from the site.
With work on site starting soon, Bellway will officially launch Mountain View in the summer, releasing for sale the first homes.
