New Managing Director Appointed By Miller Homes Yorkshire

Paul Moore, Managing Director of Miller Homes Yorkshire

A national homebuilder has appointed a new Managing Director to its Yorkshire region to assist in the delivery of its continued growth objectives.

Paul Moore, 48, from Halifax, joined Miller Homes Yorkshire in the summer and is working with the team to focus on the strategic objectives and take the business into its next phase.

“This year has been a challenge for us all in one way or another but it’s really important that we continue to deliver much needed new homes to the people of Yorkshire and continue to delight our customers with their brand new Miller home,” said Paul. “I know that the team is committed to continuing the high standards for which they are renowned.”

Paul joins the homebuilder after a career in the industry which latterly saw him hold the position of Managing Director for the North West region at another housebuilder. A move to Miller Homes allowed him to return to his home county and join a well-respected company within the industry.

“Miller Homes has an excellent reputation and has been leading the way in its use of technology to support customers and staff. Our ground-breaking online reservations system has been well utilised in 2020 as Yorkshire buyers continued to secure the home of their choice,” Paul highlighted. “Demand for new homes has remained strong with the Government’s Stamp Duty Holiday and Help to Buy boosting confidence in the market.

Paul concluded: “The Miller Homes team in Yorkshire will be instrumental in meeting buyers’ needs and keeping confidence high by acquiring land, building homes and creating communities in the right areas to allow people to live and work in a location that suits them best.

“We have a clear aim to open several new sites in Yorkshire next year and these coupled with the support we offer our buyers will make it a great time to become the proud owner of a Miller home.”

Currently a significant number of land bids are underway to achieve the objective of delivering in excess of 600 units per annum over the next three years.
