Chartered surveyors Ashley Smith have successfully negotiated the letting of a 50,000 sq ft warehouse and distribution facility at Belmont Industrial Estate, Durham to BM Stafford and Sons, a leading North East transport and logistics company.

The recently re-clad and refurbished depot is located on a 4 acre site adjacent to junction 62 of the A1(M). It has 9 loading bays providing excellent additional capacity as well as high-quality warehouse space, large secure yard areas, offices, canteen facilities and secure car parking.
BM Stafford whose head office is at Hetton-Le-Hole, Durham has been providing haulage services nationwide for over 85 years. The company remains family owned and is currently led by Directors, Mark and Nicola Stafford, employs over 60 people operates a fleet of 35 vehicles and is a member of the Palletforce Network with access to multiple depots in locations across the UK.
