Advisory firm Dow Schofield Watts has announced two new appointments and a promotion at its Yorkshire & North East office

Alex Hill joins the Transaction Services team from KPMG, where he worked on a wide variety of clients ranging from manufacturing to constructing and retail with revenue typically ranging between £40m to £100m.

Bibin Johnson joins the Corporate Finance team from PwC, and has worked with clients in the industrial, manufacturing and retail sectors. He studied Finance at Queen’s University Belfast where he also completed a placement year at Morgan Stanley.

Meanwhile Paul Herriott has been promoted to Director and co-owner in the Corporate Finance team. Paul joined Dow Schofield Watts in 2013 from EY and has been involved in many of the firm’s deals in the region including the sale of Park Leisure 2000, the investment in The Feel Good Group by Perwyn and the sale of The Bridge IT to Morson Group.
