Carter Towler has successfully let two office suites at 51A St Paul’s Street, LS1 on behalf of Bentley Investments Ltd.
1,085 sq ft of ground floor office space has been let to transport planning consultants Andrew Moseley Associates (AMA) whilst 1,780 sq ft on the fourth floor has been taken by cyber security specialists Sep2. Both companies have agreed 5 year leases on the newly refurbished offices.
Commenting on the deals Carter Towler’s Associate Philip Shopland-Reed said: “Bentley Investments are proactive landlords who have a rigorous maintenance and refurbishment strategy for all their properties. In addition to these two suites, they have also recently revamped 2,675sq ft on the second floor of 15 St Paul’s Street which is currently available.”

AMA are private sector transport and development planning specialists who work across a number of sectors including residential, commercial and industrial, leisure, energy and education.
In addition Carter Towler were also joint agents with Montpellier Property in the successful letting of 2 Grove Park Court, Harrogate which is also owned by Bentley Investments.
