Leeds based business Civil Enforcement Agents Limited (CEA) has announced its sponsorship of local football team, Garforth Town AFC, for the current season. The company has signed up as an associate sponsor for the 2019/20 season.

The company moved into its Garforth offices in 2018 and was looking to expand its support of local charities and organisations. The directors of the business have a long-standing association with the area and wanted to give something back to the community.

Having already established a relationship with the backroom staff at Garforth Town, signing up as a sponsor seemed to be a logical next step. The funds raised through sponsorship enable the football team to plan financially for the future.

Commenting on the sponsorship, Catherine Stern, Marketing Director at CEA Limited, said: “We very much wanted to become a part of the local community and any sponsorship or charitable donations need to emphasise this ethos. We felt that the link up with Garforth Town was the ideal match and we’re very excited for the coming season.

“We believe that it’s important to build our brand within the local area and provide employment opportunities for people within the community. We’re very excited about what the future holds for both the business and the football team.”

Garforth Town AFC currently play in the NCEL (Northern Counties East League) Premier Division. They have recently appointed Paul Marshall as their Head Coach.
