A development site with planning permission for 87 student studios and a ground floor retail unit is being marketed by Savills Leeds. Located on Burley Street on the outskirts of Leeds City Centre, the site is conveniently situated within close proximity to Leeds University, Leeds Beckett University and Leeds City College.

A lease agreement has already been put in place with the Co-Operative Food Group Limited to occupy the ground floor retail unit.
