Cepac, the UK’s leading independent corrugated packaging supplier, has appointed Mark Hextall as Head of Marketing.
Taking up this newly-created role within the Cepac Group, Mark joined the business last month from Smurfit Kappa inspirepac where he was a Sales Director focusing on POS and key national accounts
Working alongside Steve Moss, Cepac’s Group Sales & Marketing Director, Mark will be tasked with growing the overall Cepac brand and developing new markets and strategies. Steve Moss commented: “As Cepac grows, it’s vitally important to have people of Mark’s calibre joining the business. He brings a wealth of experience to this new role, from hands-on designer to strategic sales director, which will support our growth plans and serve both us and our customers well.”
With almost 20 years’ experience in packaging and corrugated, Mark began his career in packaging design, before moving in to account management, business development and more recently sales management.
Mark will work across the Cepac Group and in addition to his responsibilities as Head of Marketing, he will maintain a strong customer-facing element to his role.

“I was attracted to Cepac as it firmly believes in developing partnerships with its customers. It has experience in all the major market sectors and can supply a diverse range of products, from innovative POS displays and high quality consumer cases, through to conventional products. Cepac has a strong track record of investment, with work about to start on doubling the size of the Doncaster site and further plans in place for investment at the Darlington, Rotherham and Rawcliffe plants.
