Cheers to Leeds Business Week as Biggest Drinks Event Returns to the City

With hundreds of workshops, sessions and seminars taking place throughout Leeds Business Week (8-12 October), networking will be firmly on the agenda, however one event will take the spotlight when 300 registered delegates come together to enjoy Leeds Big Drinks Evening.

Taking place at Chaophraya on Thursday 11 October from 5pm – 11pm, the event is expected to be a sell-out and will bring like-minded businesses together to meet, learn, share and make connections that will last long-after the evening has ended.

Hoping that people will make friends, meet clients and find trusted suppliers from across the region, the Yorkshire Mafia, the organisation behind Leeds Business Week, will call upon its 22,000 pre-approved members to make a difference and show how the principles of a Northern Powerhouse really can work in practice.

Bringing professionals together in a relaxed setting, and with a no-selling rule, those attending can expect to mix business with pleasure and enjoy a more informal approach to extending their list of suitable and relevant contacts.

Marketing and Events Manager for the Yorkshire Mafia, Jessica Coates, comments: “The Leeds Big Drinks Evening really is the busiest event of the year. It provides business people in the region with a fantastic opportunity to come together and to get to know each other without the pressure of selling – or worse, being sold to!

“Every year we receive really positive feedback about the Drinks Evening during Leeds Business Week, so we hope that people will take the time to come along and experience it for themselves. What better excuse to meet, learn and share – after all, we are stronger together.”

Those hoping to attend are encouraged to register early to avoid disappointment, for more details please visit the website or follow @LeedsBizWeek.
