CISI Award Win for Charles Stanley employee

The Leeds office of wealth manager Charles Stanley is pleased to announce that Branch Assistant Katherine Dawes has achieved a Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) Foundation Award.

The CISI annual awards celebrate the achievements of top performers in CISI exams and Katherine was one of only 76 award winners globally who achieved outstanding exam success.  Katherine achieved an award for the highest score in Fundamentals of Financial Services.

Of her achievement, Katherine said: “I am very pleased to have received this award. I would like to thank my employer, Charles Stanley, for the opportunity to study for this qualification, and particularly my colleagues at the Leeds branch for their support. I am planning to work towards further qualifications and I hope that this is the start of a fulfilling and challenging career in financial services.”

Jonathan Baker, Branch Manager of Charles Stanley’s Leeds office said: “This is a fantastic achievement for Katherine and a testament to the hard work she has put in.  We remain committed to the personal development of our employees and continue to encourage and support members of staff working towards their CISI Chartered Wealth Management qualification.”

James Stockdale, Global Director of Learning, CISI, said: “Aristotle said ‘Excellence is never an accident. It is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, and intelligent execution’. This is certainly true of our award winners, and we would like to congratulate them all on their success. I am certain these outstanding students will be shaping the industry in years to come.”
