A Washington-headquartered printed envelope producer has appointed an industry guru to the team to drive the firm’s success.
Dawn Hinnighan has joined Encore Envelopes as the company’s business improvement manager with over two decades of experience in customer service, buying and account managing in the print industry.
Having worked in print since 1994, Dawn has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge having progressed through a range of roles, from sales executive to business development manager positions.
As the business improvement manager for Encore Envelopes, Dawn will work alongside the senior managers to develop and grow the team.
Dawn worked at Encore Envelopes for three years as an account manager before she left on maternity leave in 2006. When she returned, she decided to find a job closer to home and continued to work in the envelope sector for 11 years.
When Dawn heard Encore Envelopes had opened a production site in Dewsbury, she jumped at the chance to take up a new position.
“I kept in touch with the directors and others in the team and when I heard that Encore Envelopes had relocated less than a mile from my home, I knew it was a twist of fate that I would return,” she said.
“I’ve always liked the atmosphere and culture of the company; everyone is so friendly.
“I’m hoping my mix of experience in different roles and companies will strengthen the wider team. I’m looking forward to seeing what I can help Encore Envelopes to achieve.”
