A new technology hub is helping Mancunians become more in tune with their IT systems.
Sync, an Apple Authorised Training Provider, will host a number of training sessions for IT professionals, getting them to grips with the ins and outs of managing Apple devices.
The Apple Certified Course on macOS Support Essentials 10.13 teaches people the best ways to support macOS High Sierra users.
The three day course from the 30th May – 1st June, will include lectures, demonstrations, group discussions and hands-on exercises that provide real-world experience in working with macOS High Sierra. It is designed for people who support Mac users in their role or who assist customers in purchasing iOS devices.
Sync is also offering an iOS Deployment Workshop on Tuesday 29th May to give IT professionals the knowhow to successfully deploy and manage iOS devices.
Following the workshop, professionals will be able to identify and respond to challenges when deploying and managing devices, explain what an Apple ID is and when it’s needed and understand and utilise the features of iOS that provide for seamless separation of work and personal data.
The courses will all be run by Apple Certified Trainers with over 20 years experience in assisting IT professionals with deploying and managing Apple technology in their workplace.
